Job summary

You will liaise between the client and DXC delivery teams, ensuring services meet contractual commitments and client needs are addressed proactively. Working with Client Partners, delivery leaders, project managers, and account teams, you will support revenue growth, renewals, retention, and measurable business value from DXC solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, service delivery, or related client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop trusted client relationships and support revenue growth, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Experience managing service delivery and complex client engagements within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CES delivery activities across assigned accounts, including client satisfaction and contract performance.
• Collaborate with delivery, project management, and account teams to ensure successful project and managed service engagements.
• Support account growth through opportunity identification, pipeline development, and renewals.
