Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the main customer contact for Managed Services, guiding onboarding to project delivery and aligning Workiva features with client needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and analyze data to inform decisions, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field or experience with strong communication and project coordination.
• 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management with emphasis on client communication and influencing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support throughout Managed Services projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for Workiva products and services.
• Assist Customer & Partner Experience Team on ancillary projects as needed.
• Maintain a weekly planning horizon and flag data inconsistencies.
• Resolve moderate issues and escalate complex ones while remaining accountable to customers.
• Manage a book of business with regular checkpoints and client relationship development.
• Gather client feedback and relay to internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D).
• Train customers on the Workiva platform to achieve tech goals and best practices.
• Use CRM-like tools to track communications, issues, and metrics.
• Design onboarding plans for Capital Markets customers.
• Coordinate and review the filing process for Capital Markets clients.
• Commit to 24/7 dedication with the Working Group through project completion.
