Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead customer engagements for Workiva Managed Services. You will understand project requirements, act as a consultative partner, and coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide data-informed decisions.

You will train clients, manage a portfolio with regular checkpoints, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring successful onboarding and project delivery across Capital Markets clients.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of Customer Service, Account Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience with strong communication and influencing others.
• Experience using Workiva products and a willingness to learn and consult on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and support throughout the completion of the Managed Services project.
• Serve as primary customer contact for Workiva products and services.
• Assist Customer & Partner Experience Team on ancillary projects as needed.
• Work to a weekly horizon and manage a book of business with regular checkpoints.
• Train customers on using the Workiva platform to meet goals and objectives.
