Job summary

Cordial is seeking a Client Success Manager who will own the entire client relationship post-sale, from strategy to renewal. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to map Cordial’s platform to each client’s business goals.

You will drive renewal and expansion while maintaining strong relationships across levels of client organizations. Occasional travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in a client management role at a SaaS company.
• Experience with CRM systems and a mix of technical and commercial responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients across enterprise accounts.
• Excellent written and oral communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the client success plan and executive engagement for a portfolio.
• Serve as a strategic partner, aligning Cordial features with client business goals.
• Lead client cadence, planning and reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Drive renewals, expansion, and advocacy within the client base.
• Travel to client sites ~10% annually as needed.
