Early Warning Services is seeking a Client Servicing Manager in Phoenix, AZ. This role serves as the primary contact for strategic partners, driving adoption and value from company products through deep product and process knowledge.

You will resolve customer inquiries, manage escalations, and coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory integrity and exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years in customer support and escalation.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using logs and performance data.
• Leverage product knowledge to suggest improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Manage the support of all customers via calls, emails, or social platforms and ensure resolution.
• Resolve incidents, manage escalations, and document actions in the case system.
• Handle complex customer issues, drive decisions, and clear roadblocks with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain robust processes and escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory examinations and protect data integrity.
