Flip is seeking a Client Success Manager to work with healthcare and eCommerce/Retail customers in NYC or LA. You will help launch new customers, support and optimize existing accounts, troubleshoot issues, and become a trusted expert on how Flip’s AI-powered platform works within their business.

You’ll partner with Sales and CS, manage complex accounts, and continuously improve voice and text experiences. This role emphasizes data-driven success and proactive relationship management, with

Competenze

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, Solutions, Account Management, or another client-facing role in SaaS/tech.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in B2B contexts.
• Curious about software, integrations, APIs, and data.

Mansioni

• Help customers launch successfully by coordinating with Sales and CS from contract through go-live.
• Become a Flip product expert and master platform workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Own day-to-day client relationships and be a reliable point of contact for questions and optimization.
• Proactively test experiences, identify edge cases, and ensure delivered solutions work for customers.
• Dig into the why behind questions to uncover underlying problems and improve outcomes.
• Configure and optimize Flip within the platform to improve voice and text experiences.
• Document bugs, requests, and feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Use data to monitor performance, identify trends, and communicate impact to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and be seen as a trusted partner.
