Job summary

Flip is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to own the post-sales relationship for enterprise clients in healthcare or retail. You will partner with Sales to accelerate launches, lead end-to-end implementation, and become a domain expert in Flip’s platform, ensuring customers derive measurable ROI.

Based onsite in Brooklyn or Marina del Rey, you’ll build trusted relationships, troubleshoot with authority, and translate client needs into actionable product feedback for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CS/Implementation/Solutions or Technical support for SaaS.
• At least 2 years supporting enterprise clients.
• Fluent in gap analysis and API endpoints.
• Expert data analysis and storytelling abilities.
• Strong communication across internal and client teams.
• Ability to leverage AI to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to accelerate launches and automate customer interactions.
• Lead implementation through the lifecycle with the customer.
• Become a product domain expert for healthcare or ecommerce/retail.
• Build authentic, trust-based client relationships.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and advise with authority.
• Translate client needs into roadmap feedback for product teams.
• Tell data-driven stories showing ROI to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to expand the customer community.
