You will identify client goals, KPIs, and opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to meet revenue and retention targets. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage relationships, drive adoption, deliver training, and develop account plans that support upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a customer-first focus in a Bozeman on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in client success, customer experience, or project/account management.
• Familiarity with customer success software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders to prioritize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Capture client feedback and execute customer campaigns as part of go-to-market activities.
• Develop and execute account strategies and account plans for assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate empathy and understand client needs, coordinating with Zoot teams to address them.
