Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in client success, customer experience, or project/account management.
• Familiarity with customer success software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, prioritizing satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Capture client feedback and execute customer campaigns to support go-to-market activities.
• Create account strategies and plans for assigned accounts.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with Zoot teams to address pain points.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and help drive revenue growth.
• Maintain client retention and manage contracts through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and industry insights to ensure client success.
• Track and analyze client success KPIs to inform product and service improvements.
