Job summary

Zoot Enterprises is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to ensure client outcomes and maximize value from Zoot’s products and services. The role focuses on revenue maintenance, growth, and long-term partnerships, with mentoring responsibilities within the Client Experience team.

Responsibilities include managing strategic relationships, developing account plans, and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client success, customer experience, project/account management, or related field, including demonstrated experience managing complex or strategic client relationships.
• Familiarity with customer success software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients including executive stakeholders and decision-makers, prioritizing client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage strategic, complex, or high-impact client relationships with autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of coordination across Zoot for client priorities, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and account plans for assigned accounts, including client goals, KPIs, stakeholder strategies, retention objectives, growth opportunities, and action plans.
• Capture client feedback, identify market trends, support customer campaigns, and translate client insight into actionable recommendations for Zoot teams.
• Demonstrate empathy and business acumen to understand client needs and coordinate with Zoot teams to address them and communicate progress to clients.
