Job summary

In this role you will mentor Client Success Managers, contribute to go-to-market activities, and own retention and growth for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client success, customer experience, project/account management, or related field, including demonstrated experience managing complex or strategic client relationships.
• Familiarity with customer success software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, including executive stakeholders and decision-makers, prioritizing client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage strategic or high-impact client relationships with autonomy, serving as trusted advisor and primary point of coordination across Zoot for client priorities, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and account plans for assigned accounts, including client goals, KPIs, stakeholder strategies, retention objectives, growth opportunities, and action plans.
• Capture client feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Zoot teams.
• Coordinate with Zoot teams to address client needs and communicate progress to clients.
