You will lead strategic client relationships, translate client needs into action with cross-functional teams, and drive long-term partnerships across the organization. The role emphasizes revenue maintenance and expansion, with a focus on executive-level engagement, renewal planning, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in client success, customer experience, project/account management, or related field.
• Familiarity with customer success software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, including executive stakeholders and decision-makers, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage strategic client relationships with autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of coordination across Zoot for priorities, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans for assigned accounts, including goals, KPIs, retention objectives, growth opportunities, and action plans.
• Capture client feedback, identify market trends, support customer campaigns, and translate client insights into actionable recommendations for Zoot teams.
• Coordinate with Zoot teams to address client needs and communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to clients.
