Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact within an existing portfolio. The role focuses on increasing users, product usage, engagement and renewals while building long-term relationships and identifying up-sell opportunities.

You will monitor account health, craft engagement plans, and train clients to maximize utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products, including onboarding new staff. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Seven+ years of sales or account management in a comparable environment.
• Knowledge of the target market (law firms, tax & accounting, corporations) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for an existing client to grow users, usage, engagement and renewals.
• Establish long-term client relationships and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account health and craft tailored engagement strategies.
• Train and support accounts to maximize Bloomberg Industry Group product utilization, including onboarding new employees.
• Assist clients with alerts, dashboards and additional features; collaborate with Relationship Partners on strategies and growth opportunities.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
