Job summary

Bankjoy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of credit unions and community banks nationwide.

You will drive product adoption, lead executive business reviews, manage renewals, and surface opportunities for upsell while serving as the primary relationship owner for accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Implementation, Tech Support, and Product to ensure clients realize maximum value from Bankjoy's platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience in B2B fintech or SaaS.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 20–30+ accounts with responsiveness and follow-through.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive-facing experience.
• History driving product adoption, renewals, and expansions within an account book.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of credit union and community bank clients as primary Bankjoy contact.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and track adoption metrics.
• Lead renewals, propose pricing, and negotiate with Director of Client Success.
• Triages escalations with Tech Support, Product, and Engineering; ensure timely Resolution.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Marketing, and Product to surface client feedback.
