Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Management Associate to support the Head of Client Service Asset Management – Americas. You will partner with senior leaders and internal managers to execute key strategic projects and address day-to-day business issues.

The role involves coordinating planning and financial management, improving processes, and delivering data-driven insights for better client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Skilled in financial and quantitative analysis.
• Excel proficiency with large datasets and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business groups to define needs, manage projects, and carry out key initiatives.
• Analyze data, processes, and team structures to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate annual planning and ongoing financial management, including headcount and travel budgets.
• Communicate priorities, organize leadership meetings, and draft internal communications.
• Prepare and manage presentations for internal and external meetings, including QBRs and Town Halls.
• Propose and implement process improvements and data-driven insights to boost efficiency.
• Work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
