Job summary

MicroTech Systems in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Client Account Manager to bridge our clients and internal teams, prospect and close new business, and maintain strong relationships for delivered services. The ideal candidate has a technical background, sharp analytical skills, and proven problem-solving ability.

You will communicate with clients and deliver timely, professional solutions while achieving sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert – Determine and report on system capabilities and restrictions. Evaluate the customer objective and suggest alternatives and recommendations.
• Provide client support – Collaborate with technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client. Work with vendors to find and provide recommendations for a solution.
• Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the service team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services
• Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
