Job summary

MicroTech Systems in Boise, Idaho seeks a Client Account Manager to liaison with clients, prospect and close new business, and strengthen relationships for services delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and be energetic, motivated to succeed in selling a full solution.

Base salary plus commissions, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects and maintain detail
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert – determine and report on system capabilities and restrictions.
• Provide client support – collaborate with technical team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee customer account management – develop new business and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work with service team to meet quotas and keep clients satisfied.
• Ensure delivery to customers – facilitate timely and successful delivery of solutions.
