Job summary

Pace is seeking a Director, Client Solutions Partner to lead a cross-functional team servicing top brands. You will anticipate client needs, drive strategic direction, and partner with creative and strategy leads to deliver insights that meet goals. Hybrid role with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You will manage client relationships, oversee P&L and revenue forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth across the Pace portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in account services within digital marketing, content or advertising.
• BA in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams servicing major client accounts.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies to expand revenue.
• Provide strategic direction between clients and internal teams.
• Manage P&L, revenue projections, and monthly billings.
• Identify new opportunities and present ideas to clients.
