Job summary

Pace is seeking a Director, Client Solutions Partner (Account Director) to lead a cross-functional team servicing major brands in New York. You will anticipate client needs, challenge them to think differently, and deliver valuable business insights with Pace’s creative and strategy leads.

You will identify growth opportunities within existing relationships, develop strategic plans, and manage budgets to ensure exceptional client outcomes and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in account services within digital marketing, content or advertising.
• BA in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team servicing clients from leading brands.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and present new ideas to generate revenue.
• Develop account plans with Pace senior leadership and client teams.
• Manage client briefs and act as strategic adviser to achieve goals.
