Job summary

Attain is seeking a Client Services Lead to partner with key advertisers and agencies, driving end-to-end campaign success from planning through measurement and retention. You will work as a hands-on advisor in a fast-paced ad-tech environment, leveraging data and programmatic expertise to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or data-driven marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and upsell media execution and measurement strategies to traders, agency teams, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Oversee end-to-end campaigns from onboarding to reporting with data-driven recommendations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand data activation within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface client feedback and influence development of new solutions.
• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for campaign management and client communication.
• Mentor Client Services Managers and Specialists on the team.
