Synchrony Financial is seeking a Client Services Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive organic sales growth within the Partnered Home Brands portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with Retailers, Associations, and OEM partners while coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to execute initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a business, marketing, or finance background, plus 5+ years in client-facing roles and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, preference towards Business, Marketing or Finance.
5+ years of client-facing experience in Sales, Credit, Operations or Marketing.
2+ years’ experience in client-facing roles.

Responsabilités

Partner with Relationship Manager and VP to drive organic sales growth.
Support and deepen relationships with Retailers, Associations, and OEM partners.
Drive revolving credit volume and implement finance promotion strategies.
Define monthly and annual sales goals with leadership.
Conduct training for client teams and present performance reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
Analyze data, share insights, and translate customer feedback into action.
Attend industry trade shows and client meetings.
