Job summary

Misfit is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead significant client relationships across public-sector, healthcare, banking and purpose-driven organizations. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to independently own complex accounts and coordinate campaigns across creative, media, video and project teams.

You will own client growth and the financial health of assigned accounts, while guiding a junior team as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in advertising, marketing, communications or integrated media agency or managing an agency relationship from the client side.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and relationship leader for one to two significant clients.
• Lead client relationships, meetings, integrated campaigns and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across creative, media, video and project-management teams.
• Own account growth, scopes of work, budgets and financial health of assigned clients.
