Job summary

Prime Health Services is seeking a senior Client Services leader to manage key client accounts and build strong relationships while driving revenue growth. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee stewardship materials, and participate in PPO training.

Travel up to 50% is required as directed by leadership. Ideal candidates will have extensive workers’ compensation and PPO network experience, plus a solid background in Bill Review and health-related markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college.
• 10+ years of workers’ compensation, group health, and/or auto liability market experience.
• Prior experience and a demonstrated working knowledge of Bill Review.
• 7+ years of PPO or Specialty Network experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and service assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain client relationships via effective communication and timely problem resolution
• Upsell PHS services to grow revenue and meet clients’ needs
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure quality and timely deliverables aligned with client expectations
• Coordinate and presentation of all analysis requests for client stewardship material
• Participate in internal PPO training meetings
• Communicate with the Provider Contracting team to ensure nominations are contacted and contracted
• Travel up to 50% of the time as directed and approved by the EVP of Client Services
