Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of key healthcare clients, driving exceptional service delivery and strategic alignment.

You will own the client experience, collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, and lead enrollment and administrative processes to reduce attrition and support renewals. You will monitor service delivery, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with root-cause analysis while ensuring all activities meet internal standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including Benefits Administration
• Bachelor's degree or related field required
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of administrative services for large and complex client accounts
• Own the client experience and drive renewals, growth and satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product and support
• Manage project deliverables and timelines with proactive status updates
• Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Draft and review work orders, estimates, and invoicing for accuracy
