Job summary

Prime Health Services is seeking a senior Client Services leader to manage key client accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and coordinate service delivery. You will lead a team in resolving escalated issues, upsell services, and ensure timely, high-quality client stewardship materials.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant health services experience, expertise in Bill Review, and a strong leadership track record. Expect travel up to 50% and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of workers’ compensation, group health, and/or auto liability market experience.
• 7+ years of PPO or Specialty Network experience preferred.
• Prior experience with Bill Review is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and service assigned clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships via effective communication and timely problem resolution.
• Upsell Prime Health Services offerings to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate and present all analysis requests for client stewardship materials.
• Participate in internal PPO training meetings.
• Coordinate with Provider Contracting to ensure nominations are contacted and contracted.
• Travel up to 50% of the time as directed by the EVP of Client Services.
