Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision making.
• Serve as the client's central point of resolution for service issues and liaises with bank partners.
• Identify product/service gaps and opportunities using Treasury Services capabilities.
• Use product knowledge to support enhancements and delivery plans.
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence.
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and educate clients on regulatory changes.
