Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tampa seeks a Vice President to manage a large corporate subsidiary client portfolio, drive a high-quality client experience, resolve critical issues, and shape service strategies while advancing digital and AI-enabled capabilities across the Treasury Services service model.

You will lead as a trusted advisor, navigate regulatory requirements, and partner with bank colleagues to deliver strategic outcomes for complex global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Ability to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear and confident manner.
• Manages time effectively in a fast paced environment; balanced priorities.
• Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Applies sound judgment during the decision making process; evaluates risk factors.
• Flexible with working hours and utilize virtual connectivity tools when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision making.
• Act as client’s central point of resolution and escalation for service issues.
• Identify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities.
• Use product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements and service delivery plans.
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence.
• Adhere to and ensure client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on changes.
