Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, seeks a Client Service Senior Manager for Commercial Bank. You will lead multiple client service teams, own a portfolio of moderate to complex commercial clients, and drive change through innovation to modernize the client experience.

You will manage client relationships, coach staff, analyze data for strategic direction, and oversee initiatives that improve service delivery, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Requires broad knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.
• Experience in data analytics and change management with ability to present findings.
• Ability to influence others without direct supervision.
• Experience delivering quantifiable management reporting and analyses.
• Project management and execution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiations and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.
• 6+ years of client-facing work experience.
• Experience in coaching and people management.
