Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Client Service Associate for the Commercial Bank to manage multiple client relationships and act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio.

You will collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, and Bankers across the United States and globe to resolve issues and deliver seamless treasury and cash management solutions. You will engage with high-level client contacts, build trust, and drive client satisfaction while adhering to JPMorgan Chase standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing work experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage relationships.
• Proven project management and execution capabilities.
• Ability to deliver quantifiable management reporting and findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client relationships and deliver solutions aligned with JP Morgan Chase standards.
• Develop long-term client relationships and conduct relationship reviews.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales partners and Bankers across geographies.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and product usage.
• Support clients with treasury and cash management services and related products.
