JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Client Service Senior Manager for Commercial Bank to lead client service teams, manage a portfolio of clients and drive business strategy.

You will guide change initiatives, mentor managers, and ensure delivery of best-in-class service while expanding adoption of digital self-service tools. Travel up to 20% may be required and a strong focus on inclusive leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.
• Data Analytics & Change Management experience – including presenting findings.
• Ability to influence others without direct supervision.
• Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting & presents findings.
• Project management and execution experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking with adaptability to change.
• Demonstrated team-building skills in a collaborative environment.
• 6+ years of client-facing work experience.
• Experience delivering coaching and people management.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and manage work volumes, adhering to policies and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve client issues/escalations.
• Analyze and interpret client data to identify trends and develop department strategy.
• Drive change initiatives, business strategy and technology enhancements programs.

• Ensure teams consult with clients through regular relationship reviews and promote self-service adoption.
