Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of client service experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• FINRA licenses are allowed but not required.
• Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day record keeping and service for defined strategic market clients.
• Collaborate with 25+ Workplace Investing and Fidelity partners to define scalable solutions.
• Identify and resolve service issues with appropriate business partners.
• Contribute to a Client Service Management strategy to enhance the sponsor experience.
