Qualifikationen

• BS or BA required; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of Health and Welfare benefits administration or outsourcing administration.
• 8-10 years of experience with client interaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment to improve service and processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the recordkeeping services plan expert and primary client contact for Health and Welfare services.
• Lead productivity improvements and mentor new CSMs.
• Manage multiple client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Team and Relationship Management on rollouts and maintenance.
