Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience.
• Complete Series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 120 days of hire.
• Institutional client management and growth experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service integration for Workplace Investing institutional client relationships.
• Lead and develop SDLs and ISCs; drive client retention and project execution.
• Develop talent, evaluate performance, and plan compensation/hiring.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations across client interactions.
