Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Client Service Manager in Covington, KY to serve as the main operational contact for benefits administrators. You will collaborate with the service team and internal partners to deliver on contractual commitments and work with Product Management to implement new products and regulatory updates.

The role requires DC, HSA, and Non-Qualified knowledge, along with 5+ years in benefits administration or retirement services; strong communication and client-management skills are

Qualifications

• Defined Contribution, Non-Qualified and HSA knowledge required.
• Experience in benefits administration or retirement services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational contact for benefits administrators.
• Collaborate with service team and internal partners to fulfill contractual commitments.
• Implement new products, services, and features with Product Management.
• Review plan administration quality for DC, HSA and Non-Qualified plans.
• Manage plan administration to meet standards and performance guarantees.
• Raise and resolve service issues appropriately within the organization.
• Cross-sell new products and regulatory updates with Product and Relationship Management.
