As part of a team that monitors trade transmission from booking to settlement, you will interact with Sales Traders, Clients, and Operations staff to strengthen relationships and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and strategic communications.
• Proficient in digital literacy with new technologies.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, high-pressure environment capable.
• Open to feedback and coaching.

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
