Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Associate II to deliver exceptional client service, process transactions, and troubleshoot issues while identifying referral opportunities based on client needs.

You will support the settlement workflow, interact with Sales Traders, Clients, and Operations staff to maintain relationships, streamline processes, and ensure accurate trade lifecycle handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client service role within a financial institution.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in change management with strategic communications.
• Proficiency in digital literacy and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, technical & problem-solving skills.
• Effective, adaptable, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues, leveraging strategic planning and digital literacy.
• Protect both client and institution from potential financial and reputational damage.
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder impact mitigation during operational changes.
• Offer informed advice on market products and current industry practices and regulations.
• Develop and implement process automation initiatives to optimize service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering an industry-leading experience.
• Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and position breaks with internal/external parties.
• Own fails management including break resolution and learn the equity trade lifecycle.
