Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in Boston is seeking a client-focused role responsible for new business implementation, asset retention, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business.

You will partner with plan sponsors, brokers, and TPAs, provide investment guidance, and help educate participants to raise participation and contribution rates, while supporting sales teams with presentations and product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the financial services industry or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 within 90 days
• State insurance license
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to travel frequently
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and define action steps to manage those relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics, including performance, diversification, investment style, and suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to increase participation and contribution rates.
• Support sales representatives with presentations and serve as SME on topics such as the Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service, and procedures.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
