Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retirement services work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, including senior executives, Treasury, HR, Benefits, advisors, and TPAs.
• Attend Plan Investment and Administrative Committee meetings, as appropriate.
• Analyze plan data and industry trends to develop strategic recommendations related to plan design and investments.
• Lead cross-functional service team in executing client strategies and reporting effectiveness against metrics.
• Drive client retention efforts and manage RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking exercises for existing clients.
• Lead contract negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract preparation and execution, and SLAs.
