Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is hiring to support new business implementation, asset retention, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business.

You will strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and TPAs while developing plans to grow participation and contributions. You will also consult with clients on investment topics, assist plan sponsors with education campaigns, and serve as a subject matter expert on Voya service models and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in financial services or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63 within 90 days.
• State insurance license.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and define actions to manage those relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics, including performance, diversification, investment style, and suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design education campaigns to increase participation and contribution rates.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as SME on topics like the Voya Service Model and installation process.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
