Job summary

CLA is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice in Seattle. You will expand client relationships, build your network, and work with our Outsourcing Client Service Team to win new business and deliver services to public, private, and nonprofit clients.

You will manage engagements, develop opportunities, and maintain CRM-driven activity to meet growth targets. A strong background in accounting or finance and a client-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including Big Four Audit Manager or public accounting.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Client services delivery orientation and experience building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones in the community.
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business.
• Identify opportunities, problem-solve and close business with targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new prospects and attend local networking events.
• Effectively project manage engagements to meet client needs and expectations.
• Maintain business development targets and sales activities in CRM.
