Job summary

CLA is seeking a Client Relationship Leader to join our CAAS practice. You will expand client relationships, work with senior leaders, and drive strategic business development initiatives in the local market.

You will need 10+ years of relevant public accounting or Big Four experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong interpersonal skills to engage senior executives and teams. The role is hybrid in Virginia, with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or public accounting exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong client services delivery orientation and ability to build relationships with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones in the community.
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive offerings.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems, and close business at targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy, prepare client presentations, and attend networking events.
