Job summary

CLA is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice in Seattle. You will expand existing client relationships and develop new ones with the community and senior executives.

In this role you will work with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business, implement sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and manage engagements to meet client needs. A minimum of 10 years’ experience plus a accounting/finance degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in public accounting or related industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business fields required
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Strong client service delivery mindset and business development drive
• Ability to engage senior executives and build trust with clients

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new targets in the community
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive offerings
• Identify opportunities, problem-solve, and close business at strategic accounts
• Implement sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and represent CLA at events
• Project manage engagements to meet client needs and maintain CRM activity
