Job summary

FlexTG seeks a Client Relationship Manager to own and nurture a portfolio of client accounts after implementation. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth while coordinating with Sales, Service, Operations and Billing to ensure issues are resolved and opportunities are realized.

You will lead business reviews, analyze account data, and translate client needs into actionable plans across cross-functional teams, maintaining a professional client experience and protecting revenue.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience in account management or customer success.
• Experience with enterprise, healthcare, legal, education or multi-location customers is a plus.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and site contacts.
• Understand client objectives, contract scope, and service expectations.
• Own customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and account health.
• Coordinate internal resources to fulfill SLAs and resolve issues.
• Prepare for and lead client business reviews and account planning.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Service, Operations, Billing.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and prepare client materials.
