Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Strategic Client Relationship RFP Manager within Global Client Services. You will lead a multi-location team handling RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, partnering with Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance to meet client needs and elevate content quality.

You will drive strategy, governance, and scalable processes, leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency and growth across the distribution business. This role requires in-office work Mon‑Thu with optional Friday remote.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in RFP, proposal management, or client servicing.
• Led and scaled high‑performing RFP teams across multiple locations while developing talent.
• Deep expertise in RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes, including governance and quality assurance.
• Experience with proposal technologies, content platforms, automation, and AI to improve scale.
• Ability to partner across Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance to align stakeholders.
• Broad investment knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi‑Asset strategies.
• Strong judgment, communication, and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
