Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing seeks a Client Relations Manager in Bismarck, ND to build and maintain client relationships, manage quotes and proposals, and coordinate with subcontract labs. The role includes project setup, client setup, and QA processes, reporting to the local site.

Strong English communication and chemical/sciences background are required. The ideal candidate will oversee account maintenance, participate in contract and PO reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or Sciences or four years of equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience.
• 1+ years bench Chemistry experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Project set-up: Confirm non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set-up as vendors for new work.
• Client set-up: Review client contract requirements and purchase orders; submit PO approvals.
• Quotes & Proposals: Generate and approve quotes; review client quote requests and pricing; send quotes to client; forecast quotes.
• Follow up on quotes/proposals and update status in LIMS; distribute pending quote lists to sales/ops; follow up with clients.
