Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Client Relations Manager (CRM) to drive new client set-up, account maintenance, quotes and project kick-offs. You will mentor junior staff and oversee client accounts to support the laboratory mission.

This full-time role in Bismarck, ND requires 3 years of client service or relationship experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work across departments to ensure quotes, contracts, and lab placement meet client needs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or sciences, or four years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience.
• Prefer 1+ years bench Chemistry experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontract lab setup and vendor approvals for quotes.
• Manage client set-up requests and contract review processes.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; coordinate pricing and terms.
• Lead QA project plan reviews with operations and subcontract labs.
• Forecast quotes and track status in the system.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to follow-ups.
