Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Client Relations Manager (CRM) to lead new client setup, account maintenance, and quotes for our laboratory services. You will coordinate with subcontract labs, prepare proposals, and ensure delivery routes align with client requirements.

You will mentor team members, manage client communications, and help advance our mission of safe, reliable testing across industries. This role reports to the Bismark, ND site and follows a 8-5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience.
• Prefer 1+ years bench Chemistry experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Review quotes, purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with subcontract labs, service centers for quotes.
• Provide supporting documentation to clients and manage communications.
• Forecast and track upcoming work.
• Follow up on quotes and orders and resolve client issues.
