Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Client Relations Manager (CRM) in Bismarck, ND. The role drives new client setup, account maintenance, quotes and proposals, and project kickoffs while mentoring junior staff.

You will coordinate with sales, operations, and subcontract labs, review contracts and purchase orders, and ensure terms and compliance. A strong English proficiency and 3+ years in client service are required, with an eye for detail and relationship building.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or sciences or four years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience.
• Prefer 1+ years bench Chemistry experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients and maintain client accounts.
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Review purchase orders and ensure terms and credit limits.
• Forecast quotes and manage follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and subcontract labs.
• Provide documentation to clients and respond to issues.
