Job summary

Zenith American Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Director to lead a defined book of business and mentor a dedicated team. You will manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and renewals.

You will partner with Legal, Operations, and Finance to optimize contracts, fees, and service levels while ensuring compliance with regulations and plan guidelines. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business-related field required.
• 5+ years in client management, sales, or account management.
• Leadership experience in client management.
• Experience in benefits, insurance, finance, or TPA environment.
• Familiarity with Taft-Hartley clients and plan professionals.
• CRM software experience such as Salesforce or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of health and welfare benefits plans and related administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined book of business and mentor assigned team.
• Execute account strategy and adapt to each client’s needs.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate delivery of ZAS services.
• Pursue cross-sell, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
• Prepare contracts and amendments in partnership with Legal Department.
• Act as liaison between Trustees and fund professionals.
• Engage with client fund participants as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and IT for client issues.
