Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Director of Client Relationship to lead a defined book of business, mentor assigned teams, and ensure top-quality client delivery. The role focuses on managing client expectations, coordinating services, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of plans and funds.

Experience in benefits, insurance, or TPA environments and familiarity with CRM systems are required to effectively navigate regulatory requirements and client needs across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship and account management activities to retain and strengthen client relationships.
• Direct the execution of a defined account strategy to develop a value-based client relationship.
• Identify and develop additional service opportunities and coordinate delivery of ZAS services.
• Pursue cross-sell, upsell and renewal motions across the book of business.
